You have seen above how to easily and quickly make a liter of coconut milk.Â
You can vary endlessly with this freshly made coconut milk. For example, you can make a fruity drink from it for a hot summer day, you can use the leftover coconut for a savory curry and you can use the coconut milk to make coconut pancakes.Â
One of our favorites is a COCONUT & TURMERIC LATTEÂ
You can do this in two different ways.
If you have already made the coconut milk and you do not want to use the full liter for a Turmeric latte, heat 1 mug of the coconut milk in a pan. Stir in 1 teaspoon of Turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, a teaspoon of cinnamon and a spoonful of raw honey. Et Voila! Your Turmeric Latte is ready and you still have enough coconut milk left in the refrigerator to drink later.Â
Â
You can also make the Turmeric Latte fresh in your MULSI. In addition to the coconut grater, also add the following fresh ingredients to the MULSI SIEVE:
You mix all these ingredients together in the sieve with a hand blender and you see your fresh Turmeric Latte being created.
Taste and add some extra sweetener, a pinch of salt or a pinch of pepper if necessary to flavor the Kurkumma Latte.
Enjoy!

Oat milk has skyrocketed in popularity in recent years. And to be honest, we are also huge fans of a tasty oat cappu from time to time!
That's why it's so nice that you can now make your own oat milk easily and quickly! We like to add a handful of cashews to our oats when we make milk, because cashew nuts provide a creamy taste and texture. And that is very tasty in your coffee!
Do you leave out the cashews? Then this milk is ideal for people with a nut allergy or lactose intolerance. Plus, oats are packed with fiber, which can help with healthy digestion. You don't need much for a tasty oat milk, just take a look:Â
A handful / 90 grams of oat flakes (you can soak them, but you don't have to)
800 ml water
1 tablespoon organic honey or other sweetener (optional)
(and if you want to make your oat milk creamier? Then add a handful of cashew nuts!)
1. Add 800 ml of fresh water into the BASIN
2. Place the oats (and possibly the cashews) in the STRAINER
4. MIX everything with a hand blender
5. Remove the STRAINER and press everything in the sieve with the PESTLE to separate the milk from the pulp.
6. Stir the agave syrup, the drop(s) of vanilla and the pinch of salt into the milk to taste.
This milk is of course super tasty and healthy to drink, but also perfect for your cappuccino, pancakes or a tasty breakfast! Don't forget to use the remaining oat/nut shavings. For example, you can bake delicious cookies from it, use it as a topping for your breakfast or as the basis for your pancakes!Â
Enjoy!Â
With just a handful of ingredients and a little love, you'll be amazed at how easy it is to make your own almond milk. If you have the MULSI and a hand blender, it's less than 5 minutes of work. The alternative is to use a (thin) cheesecloth and a blender. It just takes a bit more time and makes a bit more mess.Anyway: the result is to die for!Â
Â
Â
2 handfuls / 140 grams of almonds
800 ml water
1 squeeze of agave syrup or other sweetener (optional)
A drop of vanilla extract (or pinch of vanilla powder)
A pinch of (Celtic) sea salt
1. Soak the almonds in water for at least 6 hours.
2. Add 800 ml of fresh water to the BASIN
3. Put the almonds in the SIEVE
4.MIX the almonds in the sieve with a hand blender until they are pulverized
5. Remove the SIEVE and press everything that is in the sieve with the PESTLE to separate the milk from the pulp.
6. Stir the agave syrup, the drop(s) of vanilla and the pinch of salt to taste into the milk.
And just like that, you have super quick, super easy homemade fresh almond milk! Enjoy!
